1. Eligibility

• 1.1. The promotion is open to legal residents of Barbados aged 18 years or older.
• 1.2. Employees of Western Wholesale Inc and Atlantic Marketing Company Limited, its affiliates, advertising/PR agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• 1.3. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

• 2.1. The promotion runs from December 1st to December 21st, 2025.
• 2.2. Purchases made before or after this period will not qualify.

3. How to Participate

• 3.1. Participants must purchase any three (3) Western-branded products in a single receipt from participating stores during the Promotion Period.
• 3.2. Participants must submit the following for entry:
  • Full name, contact number, and email address
  • A clear photo or scan of the purchase receipt
  • Any unique code(s) on packaging, if applicable
• 3.3. Entries must be submitted via [website/QR/ Promotion Box where applicable] by 11:59 PM on December 21st, 2025.
• 3.4. Entries submitted via any method other than the official promotion entry channel(s) will not be accepted.
• 3.5. Each valid receipt counts as one (1) entry. Multiple entries allowed with separate qualifying receipts.
• 3.6. Purchases must be made at Western's Wholesale Sales Centre or participating retailers islandwide.

4. Prize

• 4.1. One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 Shopping Spree in the form of Western Gift vouchers redeemable at Western Sales centre.
• 4.2. Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• 4.3. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
• 4.4. Western Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• 5.1. The winner will be selected via a random draw conducted on December 22nd, 2025 under the supervision of Group Brand Manager over Consumer Goods.
• 5.2. The winner will be notified via phone/email within 5 days of the draw.
• 5.3. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
• 5.4. The winner will be publicly announced on Western Wholesale official social media pages within 48 hours of successful contact and verification.

6. Verification

• 6.1. The promoter may request proof of identity, age, and original purchase receipt before confirming the prize.
• 6.2. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, falsified, or fraudulent will be disqualified.
• 6.3. Receipts must be original, dated, and itemized. Photocopied, handwritten, or altered receipts will not be accepted.

7. Use of Personal Data

• 7.1. By entering the promotion, participants agree that their personal information may be used for the purpose of administering the promotion.
• 7.2. The winner agrees that their name, image, and entry may be used in publicity materials without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. If the notified winner refuses public acknowledgement and media usage, they may be required to forfeit their prize, and a redraw may occur.

8. General Conditions

• 8.1. The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
• 8.2. The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries due to network, technical, or system issues.
• 8.3. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
